Salaries for Philippine domestic personnel can vary from around 700$US to around 1000$US per month net for full time employment. In addition the client will grant the employee a minimum of one months leave of absence to their home country including the costs of travel. Additional costs for healthcare are normally covered by insurance provided and paid for by the employer.
